Dot serves on numerous panels including the American Arbitration Association Labor Panel, Federal Mediation and Conciliation Services, The US Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the US Postal Service Redress Program Panel, The Public Employment Relations Boards of New York and Oregon, the State of Washington Public Employment Relations Commission, the New Jersey State Board of Mediation as well as others.

Dot brings experience in dispute resolution in the corporate and small business settings, and in both the private and public sectors.
